Infinite

Trust & Transparency

How Infinite recommends products — and what we never do.

How recommendations work

Infinite compares the product you are viewing against alternatives in our curated catalog. Each recommendation is generated from product data, scoring logic, and side-by-side comparison — not from paid placement or brand sponsorship.

How products are scored

Every product receives a score built from four dimensions:

  • Quality — buyer ratings and product quality signals
  • Value — price relative to category performance
  • Feature Match — how well the product fits category leaders
  • Category Match — brand trust and category positioning

These combine into a final Infinite Score (0–100). Higher scores rank higher in recommendations.

How affiliate links work

Some links on joininfinite.dev include Amazon affiliate tags. If you purchase through those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate links do not affect rankings. Products are scored and ranked before any affiliate URL is applied. The affiliate tag is added only to outbound links — it never changes which product Infinite recommends.

How feedback improves recommendations

When you mark a recommendation as helpful or not helpful, that signal is stored and used to improve future picks. Feedback influences catalog curation and scoring weights over time — it does not let brands pay for better placement.

Conflicts of interest

Infinite does not accept sponsored recommendations. Brands cannot pay to:

  • Appear in recommendation slots
  • Receive a higher Infinite Score
  • Override comparison logic

Our business model is affiliate commissions on purchases you choose to make — not paid product promotion.

See it in action

Every recommendation on the homepage demo, examples gallery, and extension includes a trust panel, a “Why Infinite Picked This” breakdown, and score explanation — without leaving the product.
